TM House- design development

On a steep and wooded site, in a bushfire zone, TM House is situated in a neighbourhood of modern brick and timber homes. The proposal seeks to minimise the footprint of the changes to maximise budget and assist with construction on a difficult site. Improving access to the outside from living areas and maximising connection from interior spaces, the intent is to rearrange the interior as much as possible to improve functionality and for all new work to be as rational as possible.
